Juliana Miller burst onto the UFC scene as The Ultimate Fighter 30 champion in 2022, submitting Brogan Walker-Sanchez via TKO in the finale of the reality competition season. Her path to a UFC contract was a triumph of perseverance, and she entered the Octagon with the momentum and legitimacy that comes with winning a marquee TUF season. However, her early UFC run proved humbling. A devastating first-round knockout loss to Luana Santos in August 2023 threatened to derail her career, but Miller showed the mental toughness expected of a TUF alum by clawing back.
Miller's fighting style hinges on grappling and positional dominance. She hunts takedowns with purpose and looks to establish top control, where she has shown the ability to threaten submissions like back attacks and neck cranks. Her technical wrestling and submission instincts are her strongest suits, though her striking defense and cardio management have been tested when opponents keep her off the mat and lean into pressure.
Since her comeback, results have been mixed. A split-decision win over Ivana Petrovic in May 2025 showed she could still win in the UFC, but a unanimous decision loss to Carli Judice at UFC Houston in February 2026 exposed her vulnerabilities. Against Judice, Miller scored an early takedown and established a dangerous back control, but Judice weathered the storm and used superior striking and pressure to take control of the fight as it wore on. At 5-3, Miller remains an active UFC flyweight with legitimate skills, still building her narrative as a grappler learning to survive and thrive when the fight stays standing.
